Gun violence is already a problem in Ohio, and Stand Your Ground laws have been shown to increase gun homicides in other states and disproportionately impact people of color. We don’t want this shoot-first mentality in our public spaces. Please ask the Representative, as Speaker of the House, to ensure that HB 381 does not receive a vote in the House.
