Urge Canada to Halt the Site C Dam

More than 100 years ago, Helen Knott’s great-great grandfather signed an agreement with the Canadian government that was meant to protect his people’s way of life. That promise is being broken. The government has given the go-ahead for the Site C dam, a huge hydro-electric project in the Peace River Valley, British Columbia. If built, it will drown over 80km of land, sweeping away Indigenous hunting, fishing and burial grounds. Tell Canada to halt the Site C dam.
