Write a welcome note to a newly-arrived refugee

When refugees arrive in the U.S., they should arrive to hope, support, and welcome. You can make that happen by writing directly to a refugee today.

People who are fleeing unimaginable violence and persecution come to the U.S. to rebuild their lives where they can be safe and secure. Imagine how they must feel hearing hateful rhetoric from some public figures and media outlets who want to block them from arriving—despite our moral and legal obligation to help.

Write a welcome note in the box below, and we'll work with aid agencies around the country to deliver it directly to a refugee who has recently arrived in the U.S.
